Gymnastics
Our Gymnastics programs build strength, coordination, flexibility and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
Younger gymnasts develop fundamental movement skills, while older children may progress into artistic gymnastics if they choose and demonstrate the required skills.
Classes are led by qualified, experienced instructors in our brand-new, purpose-built gymnastics space.
Our programs
Explorers is a 45-minute open gym play session designed for children aged 0–5 years and their families. This fun and engaging experience gives young children the opportunity to explore gymnastics equipment, build confidence, develop fundamental movement skills, and discover what their bodies can do in a safe, welcoming environment.
Perfect for parents' groups, playgroups, siblings, and family catch-ups, Explorers encourages children to learn, play, and move at their own pace while enjoying quality time with friends and family. With a convenient pay-as-you-go format, it's an easy and flexible activity to fit into your week.
