Group Fitness Classes
Squat, press and curl your way to calorie-burning strength endurance with motivating music. You'll feel challenged and energised; ready to come back for more.
A high-energy martial art-inspired cardio workout where no boxing experience is necessary. Guaranteed to release stress and improve your mental and physical health.
Simple yoga moves with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Lengthen, strengthen, and provide some calm to your body and mind.
Structured into 'rounds' of boxing using simple, intense, and dynamic movements into a freestanding bag. This session may include technique and kickboxing drills. Take it at your own level to reduce stress and improve all-round fitness. Boxing gloves required.
Challenges your balance and stability while strengthening the muscle groups around the abdomen, spine, and pelvic area. Then relax & lengthen your muscles to help improve movement patterns & aid in recovery.
Challenge yourself through a series of phases including hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. Your instructor will keep you motivated and working at your best to achieve optimum results.
A low to moderate intensity exercise program designed for the over 55, or for people who are living with stable health conditions.
For the over 55 and uses machine and free weights to help improve overall strength and functionality.
Promotes a feeling of physical and mental well being focusing on the core and develops inner physical awareness. Pilates is helpful in improving posture and increasing flexibility, circulation, and balance.
A resistance-based weights class focusing on good lifting techniques. Less repetitions, heavier weights and focused on form, technique and building strength.
A class for 10-16-year-olds. The teens are taken through a variety of activities and exercises to improve motor skills, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and most importantly allow the participants to develop good fitness habits.
Your total fitness package. A whole-body cardiovascular, strength and stabilisation interval-based training program. This class will mix high & low impacts and intensity moves to deliver awesome results.
Hatha is a basic yoga that involves breath, body, and mind practices.
Flow is strong and faster-moving yoga where you move from one pose directly into the next.
A fusion of Yoga and Pilates. These sessions blend popular yoga poses with core strengthening, and stability and postural benefits that Pilates delivers.
Mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
