- This promotion applies to new bookings made in March-May 2026 only.
- The booking must take place between 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026 (inclusive).
- The promotion applies to Rhodes Recreation Centre, The Canvas, only.
- Hirers must use code RRC20 in the special requirements section at time of booking for the promotion to be applied.
- Availability is subject to existing bookings.
- The 20% discount applies to the existing venue hire room fee only.
- The discount does not apply to: Bond/security deposits, insurance and any other costs.
- The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to existing or previously confirmed bookings.
- If a booking is transferred to a date outside the promotional period, the discount will no longer apply.
- All other venue hire terms and conditions apply.
- Council reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
- The promotion is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.
